From the beginning, it’s been our goal to treat, take care of, and pay attention to each property we manage as if it’s our own.

Thanks to our completely in-house maintenance team, our clients’ properties and current tenants are always our top priority. We pride ourselves on being able to respond quickly to any issues that might arise, and do so in a way that aligns with our high standards for quality and service.

As a team of locals, we’re never too far away—which is an extra comfort for our clients who live out of town and can’t have their own eyes on their property as often as they’d like! Being right in town, we know when there’s been heavy snowfall, heavy rain, or a big hail storm, and we can make it a priority to pop by our properties soon after and make sure all is well.

Crown Property Management: Then and Now

An experienced investor and property manager herself, Dianna Svitavsky purchased Crown Property Management in 2005 with a very specific goal: To create a property management team that would care for its properties as well as they would their own, as well as deliver one-on-one service and support to their property owners and tenants.

Back then, Crown was managing just about 20 properties. Today, Crown Property Management proudly watches over and maintains near 825 properties around Cheyenne, with property owners located in state, out of state, and even outside of the United States!

The current Crown Property Management team consists of six hard-working women with decades of experience in property management, real estate and brokering, and property maintenance. We’ve even expanded the company to include our own in-house maintenance company, Royal Property Maintenance, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, exclusively for our properties and tenants.
