Crown Property Management: Then and Now

An experienced investor and property manager herself, Dianna Svitavsky purchased Crown Property Management in 2005 with a very specific goal: To create a property management team that would care for its properties as well as they would their own, as well as deliver one-on-one service and support to their property owners and tenants.

Back then, we were managing just about 20 properties. Today, Crown Property Management proudly watches over and maintains more than 800 properties around Cheyenne, with property owners located in state, out of state, and even outside of the United States!

Our current team consists of five hard-working women with decades of experience in property management, real estate and brokering, and property maintenance. We’ve even expanded the company to include our own in-house maintenance company, Royal Property Maintenance, which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, exclusively for our properties and tenants.
