For our property management clients, we perform monthly exterior exams on the property, as well as conduct full property inspections (inside and out) twice a year. (This is a great benefit for our out-of-town clients, especially during Cheyenne’s infamous hail season.)

For any immediate needs (such as leaking pipes, interior damages, etc.), we’re able to get our in-house maintenance team out to the property as soon as possible.

Will my property manager take care of collecting rent?

Absolutely!
